Description: An unusual box, perhaps made for small cigars made of wood and beautifully painted with flowers. It may have belonged to one of the rare Victorian lady smokers. The piece is characteristic of the work which was crafted and decorated in the town of Spa, in present day Belgium. See ABTC page 64, figures l04, l05).

Origin: Spa, Low Countries.

Circa: 1860

Materials: Wood

Size: 4.8"x2.2". 12x5.5cm.

Condition: Good.
